PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project was completed for Brightview Senior Living consisting of the construction of a 150,000 sf Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care residence in Orangetown, NY. The project was completed in approximately 19 months with a contract value of approximately $30,000,000.
The community features Independent Living apartments with services and resort-like amenities as well as dedicated Assisted Living apartments and Brightview’s specialized program and environment for Dementia Care, known as Wellspring Village®.
