The Residences at the Chamberlin

Platinum and it’s partners are undergoing renovation of the historic Chamberlin building in Syracuse, NY. Originally built in 1895, the five-story project includes 14 luxury apartments, including a 1,800 sq ft penthouse featuring a roof deck overlooking the city.  The first floor will include retail space. With an estimated value of $3,500,000, the renovations are expected to finalize in the Fall of 2016.

 

The Carson

The Carson

The Carson is a 14 unit condominium building in South Boston, MA.  The residential project consists of an underground parking garage and high-end luxury units. Platinum served as the Construction Manager for the project working closely with the Owner in an open-book partnering relationship. The approximate construction budget was $3,800,000.

 

The Ledges Apartments

The Ledges Apartments

Platinum constructed 339 luxury apartments in Groton, CT. The 16 acre development consists of 1 and 2 bedroom garden style apartments and 3 bedroom townhouses, a clubhouse and pool, walking trails and a high voltage transmission burial. Over 50,000 cubic yards of rock excavation was completed in the site preparation. Ground was broken on August 12, 2002 and was completed in the Spring of 2005.  Phased occupancy was achieved throughout the construction. The contract price was approximately $35,000,000.
 

Gardner Flats

Gardner Flats

Gardner Flats is a 14 unit condominium building in Allston, MA. This project consists of the demolition of an existing 1 story building and the construction of a new three story building with an underground enclosed garage. The building is a steel frame up to the 1st floor and wood framed from there up. The exterior is a brick and precast facade. Demolition started in the Summer of ’08 and was completed in the Spring of ’09. Platinum served as the Construction Manager for the project overseeing a third party general contractor.  Michael Moore was a member of the development team, Elite Development Partners. The approximate project budget was $3,000,000.

Indoor Tennis Building, Lincoln MA

Indoor Tennis Building, Lincoln MA

Platinum was contracted as a Construction Manager, to design/build an indoor tennis building attached to this high-end residence via a sky walk, in Lincoln, MA. Platinum was responsible for all design, construction, finishes, systems, and sporting equipment. The structural steel building houses a full indoor tennis court, half court basketball, and baseball netting for a pitching arm and batting practice. Approximate project value was $600,000.
