The project consisted of 2 additions made to the common areas, cosmetic upgrades throughout the facility and entirely new HVAC and electrical systems. The approximate project value was $2,000,000 and was completed in October of 2002.
Senior Healthcare of Weston

Construction is complete on a renovation of a 160 bed skilled nursing home in Weston, MA. The facility was 100% occupied throughout construction. The project consisted of the complete replacement of the HVAC system, finish upgrades to the common areas and a complete renovation to the entrance and lobby. The project budget was $800,000 and was completed in phases over the course of approximately 1 year. Final completion was made in December of 2000.

Norton Place Assisted Living
Project Description

In July, 1998 construction was completed on a 72-unit Assisted Living facility in Norton, MA. The project is a three-story wood-framed building that includes a country kitchen, hair salon and parlor. The approximate project value was $8,500,000. Construction was completed in 12 months

Platinum was contracted to construct a 12-bed addition and renovation to an existing and fully occupied nursing home in Agawam, MA. Construction started in June 2003 and was completed in December 2003 The approximate project value was $850,000.
Blue Bell Place
Project Description
Platinum was retained to complete this assisted living project in Blue Bell, PA. The project was nearly complete with only the punchlist and some minor changes remaining when Platinum took over. Work was completed in April 2002. The approximate project value was $800,000.
Epoch Assisted Living on Blackstone Boulevard
Project Description
Platinum had been contracted to complete a renovation of one wing of an existing nursing home in Providence, RI into an assisted living wing. Construction commenced in March, 2001 and was completed by May 2001 with a construction budget of $400,000.
