Construction Management
Based on the clients needs, Platinum can provide services as a Construction Manager, Design / Builder or General Contractor. The Platinum team has the knowledge necessary to manage every aspect of your project successfully. Regardless of the delivery method, Platinum typically is very involved in the preconstruction phase of projects where our influence is the greatest. Program Management / Consulting
Platinum’s wide array of experiences lends itself to adding high value to clients in a consulting role. Assignments have included full Program Management of real estate projects, building envelope studies, cost auditing and construction advisory. There is a role for Platinum in virtually all projects.
Real Estate Development
Through a series of development entities Platinum is active in the acquisition, entitlement and development of real estate throughout the Northeast. A project team is assembled for each unique project including partners, financial institutions, architects and engineers.
